SeQUeNCe.DQC: A Full-Stack Simulator for Distributed Quantum Computing

Under review · IEEE ICC

S. Suresh, et al.

A full-stack distributed-QC simulator on Argonne's SeQUeNCe: pluggable circuit partitioners, a network-node controller, and TeleGate/TeleData teleportation over multi-hop entanglement swapping. Reproduces the 71% distributed-Grover success rate from a Nature trapped-ion experiment. First author.

PyEncode: An Open-Source Library for Structured Quantum State Preparation

Quantum Science and Technology, 2026

K. Suresh, S. Suresh

State preparation is a hidden bottleneck that can erase a quantum speedup. PyEncode exploits the structure real scientific vectors have (sinusoids, polynomials, distributions) to prepare the state in poly(m) gates, with no materialization or approximation.

Computing a Sparse Approximate Inverse on Quantum Annealing Machines

Journal of Computing and Information Science in Engineering (JCISE)

S. Suresh, K. Suresh

Quantum-annealing algorithms for sparse approximate inverses, preconditioning linear systems by mapping inequality-constrained optimization to QUBO problems on D-Wave hardware.

Optimal Box Contraction for Solving Linear Systems via Simulated and Quantum Annealing

Engineering Optimization

S. Suresh, K. Suresh

Improved linear-system solving efficiency by 30–40% via Box-Algorithm contraction, tested on 2D-Poisson, thermal, and topology-optimization problems. Presented at WCCM Vancouver 2024.
